Current Favourite Products: Colourpop, Rimmel, Sephora

In today’s post, I will be sharing my current favourite beauty/skincare products that I have either re-fallen in love with or are new additions to my everyday routine that I would love to share!

Sephora Blue Clay Mask – Detoxifying & Oxygenating $9 AUD

This is a new mask which I have found at Sephora that is packaged in an extremely convenient 4 use squeezy tube. It is a clay mask which comes in different colour variations to focus on different needs. The one I chose is focused on eliminating impurities and traces of pollution. After each use, I definitely noticed that my skin felt cleaner and fresher. A major plus for the product is definitely the unique packaging it comes in which makes it extremely convenient to travel with and keep sanitised.

Kylie Cosmetics Gloss – Poppin’ $20 AUD

Recently I have been all about gloss and glossy finishes so it came as no surprise to me that I had been reaching for this product so frequently. It is a sheer gold lipgloss with tiny gold glitter within it. It is quite difficult to find a sheer gold gloss which isn’t too dramatic and is suitable for every day. I love that the glitter is almost undetectable but when you are in direct sunlight it shines beautifully. I highly recommend it to you if you are on the hunt for a sheer gold gloss to wear alone or layer on top of your fave lipstick.

EcoTools – Precision Blush Brush $10-17 AUD

I found this obsession by accident when I was in a desperate need to powder but forgot to bring powder or brush with me. Personally, I use it as a powder brush since I don’t really like using the typical big powder brushes for all over my face. I prefer a precise application – especially when I’m just topping up during the day. The brush is super soft and densely packed so it picks up powder extremely easily. I found it at Priceline for about $17 but while trying to find a link I noticed it can be found for around $10, what a bargain!

Rimmel – #Insta Fix & Matte Powder 001 Translucent $14 AUD

In conjunction with the EcoTools brush, I have been obsessed with using this powder from Rimmel whenever I am on the go and need a bit of a top up and mattifying. Especially on the t-zone area. I haven’t actually tried the Fenty Blotting Powder but I assume this would be a great dupe if you aren’t willing to spend $46 on a translucent powder. I love using a translucent powder because I can use the same product whether I am fake tanning or not and don’t have to worry about matching it to my foundation.

Colourpop Brow Colour – Bangin’ Brunette $8 AUD

This has been my go-to brow product of the moment. Over the past year, I have barely reached for a brow powder or pencil. I have found that I prefer to use a cream brow product in a pot because I am able to get an extremely precise application when using an angled brow pencil. Especially on the tail of the brow. This product is also very mouldable and doesn’t dry down straight away which I love because it gives me time to work around it and edit my brow throughout the process.

Colourpop Super Shock Cheek – Monster $11 AUD

I’ve always been a major fan of the Colourpop Super Shock Cheek Highlighters and this shade, in particular, has been in my collection for a while now. With Summer almost here in Australia, I decided to bring the shade back since it is a bit more of a fun colour. When looking straight on you can’t even tell that I am wearing a highlighter but as soon as my cheeks hit the sunlight a pearlescent pink glow appears which I think is super fun and interesting. I love that the highlighter isn’t glittery or chunky and just leaves a nice sheen on the skin.
