U.S.A. Beauty Haul : ULTA Beauty, Sephora, Morphe, Macy’s

Before I left Australia to go on my 3 week trip to the United States, I told myself to limit the number of things I makeup I was going to buy 5 items. As you can see in this post … that didn’t last very long. The makeup available in the U.S. is just unbeatable, and the prices are insanely cheap, I couldn’t help myself.

My excuse for it all is that I would include it all in a haul for our blog, so, here it is!

I honestly didn’t plan on buying anything from VS while I was in the States because I didn’t need anything.

But … there was a sale. The sale’s really got me.

$6 for all body mists and body lotions, how could I let that deal pass me.

So I picked up a Pure Seduction Shimmer Fragrance Mist & a Dark Florals Fragrance Mist (mostly for the packaging).

I also bought a clear lip plumper and a lip exfoliator which were both $10 – but they had a promotion of buy 2 get 2 free so I also picked another 2 up to bring back as souvenirs.

Lorac Mega PRO 4 – $35 USD (originally $59)

I am obsessed with Lorac and am so sad that we can’t get this brand in Australia. The Lorac Pro palette is my all time favorite eyeshadow palette purely because of their mattes and I was going to get the Lorac PRO 3 while I was in Ulta but I noticed that the Mega Pro 4 was heavily discounted and it has double the number of shades as the permanent PRO palettes.

LORAC PRO + Fiber Mascara – $24 USD

The concept of having fibers in a mascara has always fascinated me so I decided to pick this one up from Lorac.

Maybelline FaceStudio Master Chrome Metallic Highlighter in Molten Gold – $10 USD

This has become a cult classic recently and we don’t have this product in Australia which sucks.

L’oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara – $10 USD

Another product which isn’t available in Australia which so many rave about.

Becca Liquid Crystal Lip Topper Glow Gloss Champagne Dream x Billini – $11 USD  (originally  $22)

I have been on a serious gloss kick recently and when I saw that this shimmery Becca gloss was on sale I had to grab it.

Too Faced Melted Latex in Peekaboo – $10 USD (originally $21)

This was also a sale item I had to grab which has a glossy finish.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in Pure Hollywood – $12 USD (originally $20)

I have always wanted to try out ABH’s liquid lipsticks and when I noticed they were all on sale I felt called to purchase it.

Tarte Birthday Mini Set – Free

Since it was my birthday month, I was eligible to get this Tarte deluxe sample size set which included an Amazonian clay blush in Paaarty and Tartiest Lip Paint in Birthday Suit.

Stila Eye for Elegance Liquid Eyeshadow Set – $45 USD

These were such an impulse purchase. My friend picked them up and went to buy a set and I was feeling some really major FOMO and decided to get one for myself. It comes with 6 mini liquid eyeshadows but I seem to have misplaced one, whoops.

First Aid Beauty Mask Diaries – $25 USD (originally $35)

When I was in New York my skin got ridiculously dry and I really needed to buy some face masks to sort my skin out and I have always wanted to try First Aid Beauty so this gift set worked out extremely well. It was $25 for the 3 masks and the moisturiser as well.

My friends and I traveled to the Morphe store in Burbank since we weren’t able to find it in any Ulta’s in L.A. and I honestly recommend all beauty lovers to check out the store if you’re in the area. It was a great experience, everyone in the store is so excited to be there. Oh, and you’re able to use your fave influencers discount code in-store too which is pretty cool!

Jaclyn Hill Eyeshadow Palette – $38 USD

I’ve been eyeing this for sooooo long, but couldn’t bear to pay Morphe’s ridiculous international shipping-costs so I waited until I visited Morphe in L.A.

Lipliner in Backseat Love – $3 USD

Honestly, I don’t even use lipliners that often, but it was only $3 I just had to!

Continous Setting Mist – $15 USD

I’ve heard amazing reviews about this guy and I have never had a continuous setting mist before and was curious to try it out.

Y10 Mini Detail Contour – $8 USD

My previous contour brush was so old and crusty that I really needed a replacement and this looked pretty solid.

M173 Mini Buffer – $5 USD

I love using this brush to blend out my under eye concealer, I am officially obsessed.

& that is the end of my beauty haul from the U.S.

I must say I am extremely happy with my purchases and can’t wait to play with them and include them in future blog posts!

Are there any items that I picked up that you would like to hear more about?

♥️ Christy
